Verhaallijn
Baan je een weg terug naar het duistere hart van het Westen in Hard West 2.
Jij bent Gin Carter, een beruchte outlaw met een reputatie zo gevaarlijk als de grens zelf.
Op jacht naar een grote buit hoor je dat de legendarische "Ghost Train" op weg is naar jou, volgeladen met federaal goud. Dit is hem.
Je stelt snel een bende vogelvrij verklaarden samen, sommigen met geweren, anderen met bovennatuurlijke vaardigheden die de saloonbars in een fractie van een seconde doen zwijgen.
De nacht valt en de bende rijdt uit, in het spookachtige licht van de maan. Samen veranderen jullie de prairie in een goddeloos land waar geweervuur en het geschreeuw van de opgejaagden weerklinkt.
Maar eenmaal aan boord van de trein, ontdek je dat hij niet voor niets de "Spooktrein" wordt genoemd. Wat volgt is het gevecht van je leven door de onbekende woestenij van het Harde Westen, voortgedreven door kogels, hekserij en je streven naar persoonlijke verlossing tegen elke prijs.
Jaag de duivel zelf achterna en neem terug wat hij heeft gestolen - je ziel.

Hard West 2? More like 1.5 or perhaps an expansion with a new campaign and some improvements. It’s not a typical sequel or even a sequel at all. But maybe, if it works, there’s no point making changes?

How can enemy be able to heal to full 18hp every two rounds, while you are capped to 4-6hp ONCE PER FIGHT??? What with the bleeding bomb spam **** How many bandages should I equip to counter that? In case of melee characters without bandages they are stuck for 4 rounds lol. Fix the balance, and it might be really fun to play, but right now it is just pain to go through.
From small things like great sound effects and voice acting, to more fundamental victories like its mix of overworld exploration and solid strategy-style combat sections, there’s a lot to love here.

You need to forget about XCOM and understand that cowboys survived battles not because enemies had 25% of CtH but they did not have a chance to fire at all :). Dead enemy cannot harm you!
