In the end, the change of scenery is enough for me to want to play this game. If Phase Three does nothing but add even more missions in an entirely new theater, I'll still be first in line to buy it.
It’s a wonderful game with a clichéd, though entertaining plot and some hefty system requirements. If you can meet the latter and don’t give a damn about the former then you will find plenty here to enjoy. Especially the tanks.
The missions are challenging and detailed; there's combat aplenty; and the old paper-scissors-stone mechanic still works. But the action fails to really inspire any excitement.
